Scheduling a cleaning service with us is easy! You can either give us a call or fill out our online booking form. Our friendly team will assist you in finding the perfect cleaning solution for your needs and schedule a convenient appointment time.
Many conventional cleaning products contain harsh chemicals that can pose serious risk to our children and pets. That’s why we prefer to use your own cleaning equipment because you know exactly what cleaning supplies you want us to use at your house. Some of our clients want us to use only green organic cleaning supplies, some of them like to use stronger ones. We are trying to feets your needs.
Of course if you want us to bring our cleaning equipment we can do this, just add this during the estimate.
Its totally up to you, you can have your own or use ours comercial cleaning equipment with additional charge. ( We only not providing paper towel and garbage bags)
The duration of the cleaning service depends on various factors, such as the size of the space, the level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeframe based on these factors during the booking process.
We believe that our cleaning appointments represented a shared responsibility for both the cleaning company and client -you. In order to have quality cleaning we are providing at an affordable cost; those appointments must be kept. In the event you need to change a scheduled appointment, our office requires at least 24 hour notification. If an appointment is not kept or changed within at least 24 hours, a $60.00 charge will need to be assessed to cover our expenses.
If it is your first time canceling with less than a 24 hour notice or missing an appointment with our cleaning company there will be no charge .
Please understand that not giving us at least 24 hours notice leaves us with extra expenses that can be avoided giving us enough time.
Yes, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of our cleaning , and we will return and re-clean the problem area. Your happiness is what drives us to continually improve and excel in our cleaning services.
We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach all visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Some ceiling fans we cannot reach while hand washing or wiping the blades, we will use our extension duster in those incidents.
